How to add a new therapist
- Go to the main admin dashboard and select 'Therapists' on the left menu.
- Select 'Add New' on the sub menu.
- Use the name of the Therapist as the page's title.
- Re-enter the name and surname for the Name and Surname fields
- Add a title if applicable (I can add more titles to this dropdown upon request)
- Add the therapist's level
- Select the 'Add image' button to upload the photo of the therapist if you have been supplied with a photo. Files should preferably smaller than 2mb in size, but the photo will upload if larger.
- Make sure to select the 'Upload files' tab, otherwise it will just show the images that are already uploaded.
- Make sure the photo you've uploaded is selected and has a tick. The click the 'Select' button at the bottom-right.
- Add the therapist's email address and contact number. Remove "+27" and brackets ( ) to keep the formatting of the numbers consistent on the therapists page. International numbers are an exception and would require the country code.
- Add the therapist's website address if provided.
- Make sure the 'open link in a new tab' checkbox is selected. This makes the link to the therapist's website open in another browser window.
- Enter the province of the therapist. Then enter the street address in the 'Location' field if they've provided this info.
- In the far-right column are the list of provinces under the "search categories" heading. Make sure to tick the relevant checkbox for the province, otherwise the therapist will not appear under the province when the filter on the therapists page is used.

- Lastly, make sure to publish the page by selecting the 'Publish' button.
